| Account Executive CA Open (J#30839) Title: Account Executive Company: Ultimate Staffing Services Description Client is a leading manufacturer of packaging products for the consumer package goods industry including casings, film and shrink bags, etc.. They offer a complete benefit package; no relocation. Candidate can live in any location between LA and San Francisco. Job responsibilities include: - Maintain sales territory and serve as product liaison between company and customer - Identify and contact potential customers for new sales opportunities - Increase market share by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key personnel at assigned accounts and prospects in technical, production, purchasing and management areas - Maintain awareness of market conditions in territory and alert the VP of Sales & Marketing regarding competitive, customer and promotion activity to help management assess overall marketing strategies - Manage territory and pricing of products to continually strive for maximum profits - Set up, monitor and update records on each account to follow sales progress of accounts within territory - Reduce A/R, reconcile customer accounts and minimize product returns. Work closely with customer service to handle customer complaints/inquiries to the satisfaction of the customer and the company - Organize, coordinate and conduct customer sales presentations - Develop and implement account plans, sales growth plans and forecasts - Mange established inventories for end user accounts against established inventory levels - Work with and assist product managers and field service personnel to secure data for building case studies RequirementsThe following requirements must be met to be considered for the position: - BS/BA preferred, not required - Five years related sales experience; strong selling and negotiation skills - Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills a plus - Experience calling on meat and/or protein products - Strong understanding of food casings, film and shrink bag products utilized within targeted markets - Strong knowledge of related packaging equipment utilized in conjunction with products - Territory includes West coast; 70% of volume is in California - Candidate must live in any city between Los Angeles and San Francisco | |||
