| Engineering MO Open (J#30921) Title: Engineering Company: Personnel Services Description Engineering/Maintenance Mgr (High speed packaging): High speed packaging, Missouri flexible packaging or converting This individual will have overall responsibility for building & developing a responsive and motivated Maintenance Team. The E&M Manager will also have ownership of process engineering, technology modernization, automation, preventive/predictive maintenance, and process and cost improvements. 75 - 90k - 2-4 years hands-on engineering management experience in an industrial environment; high-volume packaging converting environment is preferred - BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering from a four year University or College; Master s Degree is preferred - 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing TQM, ISO, Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma strongly preferred Theinformation will be shared with our client in which will help them decide whom to interview.
