| Engineering Manager MO Open (J#30920) Title: Engineering Manager Company: Personnel Services Description Engineering - Maintenance Mgr for Joplin. (High speed packaging industry) We are looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to provide strategic direction as we expand and strengthen our Maintenance Department. A preference for someone from packaging industry and or high speed equipment This individual will have overall responsibility for building & developing a responsive and motivated Maintenance Team. The E&M Manager will also have ownership of process engineering, technology modernization, automation, preventive/predictive maintenance, and process and cost improvements. The qualified candidate will have: - 2-4 years hands-on engineering management experience in an industrial environment; high-volume packaging converting environment is preferred - BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering from a four year University or College; Master s Degree is preferred - 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing TQM, ISO, Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma strongly preferred Larry Gass Personnel Services 301 N.
