The Associate Package Engineer I quickly learn through on-the-job experiences, the disciplines that enable technology project management. Assignments focus on support to technical projects within the individual's specific area of expertise in product packaging or other scientific areas. Further projects will provide for some exposure to the business categories, suppliers and manufacturing network of Kraft. Assignments are geared to train individuals on methods, resources and systems that RDQ uses to complete projects. Primary Responsibilities: - Plans and implements assigned projects, analyzes results, begins to translate into possible solutions to business issues. - Develops and implements specific action plans to accomplish agreed upon objectives.
