| Manufacturing PA Open (J#30900) Title: Manufacturing Company: Client of OnDemand Resources Job Description: Position Description Our client, a F100 company, seeks a manufacturing/packaging leader with 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to support assessment and improvement of manufacturing and packaging processes, procedures, and documentation across multiple sites. Selected resource will deal with manufacturing and packaging processes, procedures, batch records, and production documentation (material weighing through finished product to warehouse). Specific responsibilities include: --review, assess and provide input to process and procedure changes/improvement --incorporate cGMP, Quality & Compliance standards into all phases of operations as required --provide project team support (meetings, facilitation, reports/position papers, process development/assessment, etc.) --support management of project timelines and commitments Skills/Requirements/Capabilities - 10 years manufacturing and/or packaging experience in the pharma industry - 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred - Experience in developing and executing tactical plans - Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent expertise/experience preferred - MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project required; Visio and Access (limited) preferred - Experience working with cross-functional teams - Investigations and CAPA experience - Ability to drive action and achieve results through influence, persuasion, and logic - Proven analytical capability - Strong communications skills - Ability to gather info, analyze, and develop tactical plans Project Start Date and Duration - Start date: end of January - Duration: 12 to 24 months Project Location and On-Site Requirements - Client site: Harrisburg, PA area - On-site requirements: 5 days/week Background check required for selected resource About the Company: Since 2003, OnDemand Resources has successfully recruited high caliber talent in Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Operations for numerous F500 and major Management Consultancies.
