| Manufacturing Associate III IL Open (J#30642) Title: Manufacturing Associate III Company: QCI Technical Staffing Description Manufacturing Associate III - Packaging positions, under minimal supervision, will perform all responsibilities necessary to operate, troubleshoot, set up, adjust, repair and maintain equipment and execute the manufacturing processes. This individual will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, process execution and monitoring to assure product quality and packaging throughput. This individual will perform routine cleaning, housekeeping, and non routine maintenance with adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality, policies and procedures. In addition, this individual will provide leadership on the floor and perform supervisor functions when necessary for floor activities. - Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations, the Companies' policies, procedures and guidelines, this individual will be responsible to ensure quality and compliance in all actions by attending Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training on the schedule designated for this role and as appropriate for this role. This individual will work with the team to ensure all aspects of the business remain compliant and in an audit ready state. In a timely and prompt manner, this individual will identify, report, and seek correction for deviations noted in the workplace and will embrace a behavior of employee involvement and commitment to doing the job right the first time. - Provide feedback to site management and facilitate departmental meetings and assist in the coordination of other scheduled meetings as needed. Attend meetings as the manufacturing representative as needed. Support strategic and tactical plans for team in alignment with site's mission and plans. Requirements - Candidates must have a have a High School diploma or GED equivalent and at least six years experience in a regulated and automated packaging environment or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and at least one year experience in a regulated and AUTOMATED packaging environment. - Candidates must have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. A working knowledge of Production Automation Systems (such as Wonderware, MES, SAP) is also required. | |||
