| Bilingual Line Lead MI Open (J#20998) Title: Bilingual Line Lead Company: Action Associates Description Our customer located in Livonia, MI is looking for Bilingual Line Leaders to join their current workforce. The line lead would ensure production quality meets customer specification. Enforces company policy: must communicate issues to supervisor and area manager Ensure line is running: helps to motivate the line and makes sure goals are being met Verify allocations are correct-as per master schedule/informs supervisors of problems Experience with Purchase Orders and Country of Origin documentation preferred. Work on the line-temporarily covers position if required Designate workers to line positions 1st or 2nd shifts available This position is temp-to-hire after 90 days. Requirements Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)!! 2 years experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably custom packaging 1-5 years experience in a Production Line Lead role in a manufacturing environment required Knowledge of working in a production or assembly environment while multi-tasking the operation of a production line. Good technical competencies are required, working knowledge of personal computer operation, Microsoft XP or higher. Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed Must be able to successfully pass a drug test & background check | |||
