| Packaging Associate Manager OH Open (J#30662) Title: Packaging Associate Manager Company: Bristol Myers Squibb Company Description Job Description PACKAGING ASSOCIATE MANAGER(Job Number: 1104225) Description The Associate Manager, Production must understand all key process drivers from assigned operations' value streams, including but not limited to bottlenecks, changeover parameters, run time (uptime and downtime variables), through put and document management. The Associate Manager must effectively monitor and manage the variability associated with the manufacturing operations related to the following: equipment, components, personnel expertise, product quality attributes, computer systems etc. The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, all applicable regulations i.e. GMP, OHSA, internal procedures etc. This position will seek opportunities to "improve, streamline, and eliminate" to effectively lower the cost of goods while continually meeting all financial targets. The Associate Manger will display working knowledge of the techniques required to gather and analyze data (including lean Six Sigma concepts) to establish performance metrics and track and communicate progress against targets. This role will facilitate the effective transfer of information (symptoms, theories, diagnosis, data) to support groups in order to contribute to effective resolution of technical issues in the operations. The Associate Manager will provide leadership and coaching to the manufacturing technicians and product support personnel to create an environment of personal accountability, where continuous improvement, innovation and productivity ideas are continually surfaced.
