| Packaging Engineer CA Open (J#30709) Title: Packaging Engineer Company: Enovix Corporation Description: ENOVIX is actively looking for a seasoned engineer with strong experience in device packaging and mechanical engineering to drive efforts in the packaging of our revolutionary battery technology. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years hands on experience working in high technology industries with relevant job experience. Proficiency with mechanical design of packaging processes, fixturing, automation and equipment sourcing is required. Candidate will be responsible for engineering packaging processes and equipment to meet the unique requirements of our battery architecture and chemistries. Prior experience developing work instructions and training manufacturing technicians is also highly desirable. Direct experience in battery cell manufacturing very desirable.
